I have:

  • 2 sieves because you always need another one when you’re halfway through a recipe and they’re never the same if they’ve been dried by hand
  • 2 colanders – one huge one for when I’m batch cooking and a smaller one that will go in the dishwasher.
  • tea-strainer –  for dusting puddings with icing sugar or cocoa powder.
